Way of the Mill shop floor

Production

Volume is the specialty.

This is not a job shop that occasionally runs production. Way of the Mill is purpose-built for high-volume, tight-tolerance production of small precision parts. Any material. Any industry. If your program runs in the thousands and the engineering has to be right, this is the shop.

The Machines

Built for precision. Built to last.

All axes covered.
3, 4, 3+2, and full 5-axis capability across both machines.
Small but mighty.
Any part inside a 5" cube that demands precision.
QC built in.
Accurate platforms built to last with in-process inspection standard.

Kitamura builds for accuracy and longevity, not price point. Each machine is equipped with Renishaw probing and laser tool measurement, making in-process verification part of the standard workflow rather than an exception. Fitted with Rego-Fix toolholders to keep tools spinning true. And filled with Blaser Swisslube for the best finishes and predictable tool life.
